Open a new image 400w x 400h and activate the Path Drawing Tool
.
Create the following 2D path shapes and label in your layer manager:
Rounded rectangle 159w x 198h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "body".
Oval 75w x 139h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "butt".
Oval 90w x 125h, color #E1E1E1 with a 1 width black border for the "belly" highlight.
Rounded rectangle 111w x 90h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "foot-bak".
Oval 90w x 190h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "leg".
Oval 124w x 75h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "foot-frt".
Custom shape F146 59w x 112h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "tail".
Custom shape S40 117w x 170h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "ear".
Oval 156w x 166h, color #989898 with a 1 width black border for the "head".
Position as shown in the image to your left.

Select the "foot-bak" path shape and use the Transform Tool set to "Perspective" to decrease the right side as shown.
Activate the edit path tool

Delete the two nodes on the left, then click on the line (it turns red) and convert line segment to curve by clicking on the curve icon on the Attribute Tool Bar.
Click the top line (it turns red) and convert line segment to curve by clicking on the curve icon on the Attribute Tool Bar. Add a node as shown, then pull the node slightly downward.
Click the bottom line (it turns red) and convert line segment to curve by clicking on the curve icon on the Attribute Tool Bar. Pull the node handles as shown.

Go to your layer manager, hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, select the "leg" and "foot-frt", then right click and merge as a single object.
Go to Edit>Trace Edges> Selection Marquee and accept the default settings by clicking OK.
On the Attribute Tool bar change the mode from Horizontal Deform to 2D.
In the layer manager, name this new layer "leg" and right click, delete the previous one as you no longer need it.
Use the Transform Tool set to "Rotate" to slightly angle the leg, then activate the edit path tool
.
Use the before and after images to your left to shape the leg. You may save the after image and open in PI to guide you.

Right click on your leg, convert object type from text/path to image.
Right click on your leg again, duplicate and use the Transform Tool to "Flip Horizontally".
Now change the setting to "Rotate" and slightly angle as shown.
In the layer manager, drag the right leg below the left. Your "head" layer should be the top layer.
Position as shown in the image to your left.
Activate the Paint Brush Tool, change the color to #989898, size to 20, paint stroke transparency and soften paint edges to 0.
Select the left leg and paint over the black border as shown inside the red circle in the image to your left. Do the same with the right leg.
If you have not saved your image as a ufo, please do so now!

Select the "foot-bak" path shape, right click and duplicate.
Activate the Path Drawing Tool and change the color to #E1E1E1.
Activate the Transform Tool, on the Attribute Tool Bar make sure the "Keep ratio aspect" lock is closed. Now change the width to 94.
In the layer manager, drag this layer down until its right above the large "foot-bak" layer and name it "foot-frt". Hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and select these two foot shapes. Right click and duplicate.
Use the Transform Tool to "Flip Horizontally". Use your mouse to slide them to the right then right click, arrange and select send to back. Postion as shown.

Select the "butt" path shape.
Activate the Edit Path Tool.
Add a node above the left node and slide inward as shown.
Now slide the bottom left node outward.

Select the "tail" path shape.
Use the Transform Tool, Click the left arrow on the Attribute Tool Bar to "Rotate Left 90°.
Now click the "Rotate" icon on the Attribute Tool Bar and angle slightly upward as shown.
Right click, arrange and select send to back.

You can use the ear as is or you may opt to activate the Edit Path Tool and alter the shape as you desire. The image to your left is to show you the nodes and curves I added.
When done, right click and duplicate. Activate the Path Drawing Tool and change the color to #FFCB91. Activate the Transform Tool, on the Attribute Tool Bar make sure the "Keep ratio aspect" lock is closed. Now decrease your width for inner ear. In the layer manager, drag this layer down until its right above the large "ear" layer.
Activate the Airbrush Tool. Set the color to #414141, the shape round, size 30 and soften paint edges to 50.
Click on the "Paint as Object" (lightning bolt icon) and paint around the perimeter of the small ear shape. Click out of paint as object mode and drag this layer below the small ear layer.
Change the Airbrush color to #F28000, click on "Paint as Object" (lightning bolt icon) and paint around the inside perimeter of the small ear shape.
Hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and in the layer manager select all the ear layers. Right click and group. Relabel "ear".
Use the Transform Tool to "Flip Horizontally". Use your mouse to slide to the right, then arrange and select send to back.

Select the "foot-back" path shape. Right click and Convert Object Type from Text/Path to Image. Activate the Burn Tool and burn around the "foot-frt" as shown.
Then Select the "foot-frt" and convert object type to image burning around the outside edges.
Now go to Photo>Blur>Gaussian Blur>Click "Options"; for the radius type 6 and make sure the expand box is unchecked.
Follow the same steps for the opposite foot.

Select the "leg-lt" path shape. Right click and Convert Object Type from Text/Path to Image.
Activate the Burn Tool, change the level to 50, size 20 and burn around the outer edge.
Then Activate the Dodge Tool, change the level to 50, size 40 and make two strokes as shown in the image to your left.
Follow the same steps for the opposite leg.
Use the Burn Tool on the "butt" path shape and the "tail". Save your ufo!

Activate the Airbrush Tool, change #333333, size to 25, paint stroke's transparency 0 and soften paint edges at 10. On the attribute tool bar, click the "Paint as Object Mode" (lightning bolt icon).
Paint a few strokes under the chin area of the head. De-activate the paint as object mode and in the layer manager drag this layer below the head.
Activate the Airbrush Tool again, lower the size to 15 and brush a few strokes on the left shoulder. De-activate the paint as object mode and in the layer manager drag this layer below the head. Repeat the same steps for the right shoulder.
If there is any portion you are unhappy with you can use the eraser to touch it up. Be sure to click the "Trim" button on the attribute tool bar.

Select the "belly" path shape. Activate the Path Drawing Tool and increase the black border to 6.
Go to Photo>Blur>Gaussian Blur>Click "Options"; for the radius type 9 and check the box to expand outside object.
Use the Burn Tool to darken the bottom area. In layer manager, enter 30 for transparency.

Select the "head" path shape. Right click and Convert Object Type from Text/Path to Image.
Burn the right side.
Activate "Tonal Adjustment" (located with dodge and burn tools). Change shape to circle, size to 125,soften paint edges to 51, from the drop down menu select highlight and click the lightning bolt icon to paint as object mode.
Position mouse at top left and click twice. Click the lightning bolt icon to de-activate the paint as object mode.

For the eyes, create the following shapes:
2D oval size 33w x 37h white with a 1 width black border.
2D circle size 30 dia., color #552D00 with a 1 width black border.
2D circle size 25 dia., color #753E00 with a 1 width black border.
2D circle size 18 dia., color #9F5400 with no border.
2D circle size 10 dia., black with no border.
2D polygon 4-pt star 13 dia., color #FFCB91.
(Use the edit path tool to move the inside nodes futher inward.)
Using the paintbrush, size set to 3, transparency at 7, color #FFCB91; click on the paint as object (lightning bolt icon) and create three highlight dots as shown.
Using the Line & Arrow Tool set to spline color black and line width 0 "hairiline" create two wrinkle lines under the eye and an eyebrow. Hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and select these shapes, right click, group and in the layer manager label "eye".
Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the other eye. Create a few forehead wrinkle lines.
Activate the Standard Selection Tool. On the attribute tool bar, click on the plus sign, shape to oval, soften selection edges to 20, check fixed box and enter 45 for width and 65 for height.
Click on your canvas, you will see the selection ants, right click and convert to object. Right click, arrange, and bring to front.
Flood fill with the color #595959 and in the layer manager drag and position below the eye. Right click and duplicate for the opposite eye. In the layer manager, drag below the eye layers.

For the cheeks, activate the Airbrush Tool. On the attribute tool bar, change the color to #872900, shape to circle, size 65 and click the lightning bolt icon to paint as object mode.
Click a few times with your mouse (I did 6 times, you may want less or more.), then click the lightning bolt icon to de-activate the paint as object mode. Right click and duplicate, use your mouse to slide into position.
If you haven't saved your ufo lately, do so now.

Now for the trunk! Activate the paintbrush tool. use any color for now, shape circle, size 35, soften paint edge 1 and click the paint as object mode (lightning bolt icon). You can paint the trunk any direction you like, below are two examples.
Once done, go to Edit>Trace Edges>Selection Marquee and accept the default settings. On the attribute tool bar change the mode from Horizontal Deform to 2D and change the color to #989898 and add a 1 width black border.
Activate the Edit Path Tool, move nodes, pull handles or delete nodes as needed to create smoother lines. When done create a 2D oval shape, size 20w x 29h, color #E0E0E0 with a 1 width black border. You can use the Transform Tool set to "Rotate Freely" to position your oval.
Right click on your objects>Change object type from text/path to image then activate the Airbrush Tool set the color to #C5C5C5, shape to circle, size to 20 and soften paint edges to 2. Paint as shown in the fourth image below.
Now activate the burn tool and burn as shown in the fifth image below. When done activate the dodge tool and place highlights as shown in the sixth image below. Use the Line & Arrow Tool set to spline, black and line width on 0 hairline to create some wrinkle lines.
You can use a path shape oval for the mouth or the Line & Arrow Tool set to spline to create a smile.

For the toes, use the Path Drawing Tool, custom shape S49, color #FFCB91 with a 1 width black border and create a shape 37w x 20h. Use the burn tool to darken the bottom and right side.
Once positioned, select the front leg shape and use the burn tool to burn around the edges of the toes as shown. Do the same with the other leg.
Save your ufo one final time!
