Create a new image 400 w x 400 h and activate the Path Drawing Tool Path Drawing Tool.

Create a 2D oval 182w x 165h using the color #593D19 with a 1 width black border.
Create a 2D circle 128 diameter using the color #593D19 with a 1 width black border.

Click on the edit path object icon to edit the side nodes of your circle.  Click on one side node and pull the handle downward as shown in the second image below; then do the same with the other side node.

Right click, select all objects, then right click and merge as a single object.  Go to Edit, Trace Edges, Selection Marquee and accept the defaults.  On the attribute tool bar, change the mode from horizontal deform to 2D object, the color should be #593D19 and set the border width to black 2.  Your shape should look like the third image below.

Create a 2D circle 133 diameter using the color #734E20 with no border and place as shown in the last image below.

Create a white oval 36w x 50h with a black 1 width border.
Create a 2D circle 33 diameter using the color #006400 with a 1 width black border.
Place these two shapes as shown in the first image below.

Create another 2D circle 21 diameter using the color #008700 with no border.
Create a black 2D circle 14 diameter.
Place these two circles as shown in the second image below.

Using the polygon star set to 4, create a white star 8 diameter and place as shown in the third image below.

Using the paint brush set to white, circle shape, brush head size 2 and soften paint edges set to 1; click on the "paint as object" (the lightning bolt icon) and create 3 dots as shown in the third image below.

With the Line & Arrow Tool shape set to line, mode set to 2D, and line width set to 1; create a solid black line 26w placing as shown in the fourth image below.  Now change the shape to spline and create 3 curvy eyelashes as shown in the fifth image below.

Open your layer manager, holding down the shift key on your keyboard, select all the eye shapes then right click and group.  Now right click and duplicate.  Use the transform tool to "flip horizontally" and the arrow key on your keyboard to put the eye in place.

Use the Line & Arrow Tool shape set to spline, mode set to 2D, and line width set to 1 and create an eyebrow.  Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the duplicate eyebrow.


Create a black rounded rectangle 50w x 46h.
Click on the edit path icon.  On the attribute tool bar, click on the minus sign and delete the top two nodes as shown in the second image below.  Move the remaining two top nodes slightly inward.
Click on the top line to activate it and click on the curve icon on the attribute tool bar.

Right click and duplicate, use the transform tool to decrease the height by 4 and change the color to #242424.
Align as shown in the fourth image below.

Right click and duplicate, use the transform tool to decrease the height by 7 and change the color to #2D2D2D.
Align as shown in the fifth image below.

Using custom shape B25, size 29w x 10h, create the highlight for the nose using the color #626262.  Place as shown in the last image above.  In the layer manager, select all the nose shapes, right click, group and label "nose".

For the cheek, activate the paint brush tool.  On the attribute tool bar change the color to #780D00, brush shape to circle, brush head size to 60, and soften paint edges to 9.  Click on the "paint as object" (lightning bolt) icon and position your mouse as shown in the image to your left and click just once then click the "paint as object" icon to de-activate.

Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second cheek.

Change the paint brush color to white, the brush head size to 2 and the soften paint edges to 1.  Click on the "paint as object" (lightning bolt) icon and create a few speckles on the cheek as shown in the second image to your left.  Click the "paint as object" icon to de-activate.

Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second set of speckles on the other cheek.  In the layer manager, select, group and label your cheek shapes.

For the mouth, create a 2D black oval 25w x 46h.

Using custom shape B25, size 5w x 34h, create a white highlight for the mouth.  Place as shown in the image to your left.  In the layer manager, select your 2 shapes, group and label.


For the antlers, activate the paint brush.  On the attribute tool bar set the color to #593D19, brush shape to circle, brush head size at 27, and the soften paint edge to 2.  Click on the "paint as object" mode and make strokes as shown in the first 5 images below.

Click the "paint as object" mode to de-activate.  Go to Edit, Trace Edges, Selection Marquee and accept the default settings.  On the attribute tool bar change the horizontal deform to 2D mode, the color should be #593D19 and the black border width 2.

Use the Edit Path Tool to delete nodes and smooth curves as shown in image 6 below.
Right click, duplicate and use the transform tool to decrease the height by approximately 23.
Change the color to #734E20 and no border.  Place as shown in image 7 below.

Use the Line & Arrow tool set to spline, line width set to 1 and create some highlight lines as shown in image 8 below.
In the layer manager, select, group and label all the ear shapes then right click and duplicate.  Use the transform tool to "flip horizontally" then use the arrow key on your keyboard to place.

To add a bow, use the color #008200 create a 2D rounded rectangle 80w x 53h with a 1 width black border.  Use the edit path to delete nodes, add nodes and make curves as shown in the first image below.

Using the color #005500 create a 2D oval 73w x 22h with a 1 width black border.  Use the edit path to adjust the oval to flow along the top of your bow as shown in the second image below.

Using the color #009700 create a 2D rounded rectangle 80w x 53h with a 1 width black border.  Use the edit path to create more flow to your bow knot as shown in the third image below.

Select your first to bow shapes, right click group, duplicate and use the transform tool to "flip horizontally", place as shown in the fourth image below.  Use the Line & Arrow Tool to create a few 1 width black highlights as shown in the last image below.
