Open a new image 400 w x 400 h. Activate the Path Drawing Tool

Create the following 2D path shapes:
Oval size 224w x 198h using color #693F00 with a 1 width black border for the body.
Oval size 181w x 154h using color #693F00 with a 1 width black border for the head.
Oval size 78w x 54h using color #693F00 with a 1 width black border for the ear. Use the transform tool set to "rotate freely" and angle as shown. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second ear shape. Holding the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard select both ear shapes, right click, arrange and send to back.
Custom heart shape S08, size 65w x 46h using the color #A51100 with a 1 width black border for the inner ear. Use the transform tool set to "rotate freely" and angle as shown. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second inner ear shape.
Custom heart shape S08, size 119w x 89h using the color #C0A885 with a 1 width black border for the snout. Use the transform tool to "flip vertically".
Custom heart shape S08, size 34w x 24h using the color #A51100 with a 1 width black border for the nose. Use the transform tool to "flip vertically".
Custom heart shape S08, size 30w x 35h, white with a 1 width black border for the outer eye. Custom heart shape S08, size 23w x 24h, black with no border for the inner eye. Custom heart shape S08, size 8w x 7h, white with no border for the eye twinkle. Use the transform tool set to "rotate freely" and angle as shown.
Custom heart shape S08, size 54w x 54h using the color #A51100 with a 1 width black border for the cheek. Use the transform tool to "rotate freely" and angle as shown. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second cheek. Go to the layer manager and drag both cheeks below the snout.
Oval size 114w x 61h using color #693F00 with a 1 width black border for the arm. Use the transform tool set to "rotate freely" and angle as shown. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second arm. Right click, duplicate and use the same shapes for the legs placing as shown.
Custom heart shape S08, size 239w x 220h, white with a 1 width black border. Custom heart shape S08, size 212w x 187h using the color #A51100 with a 1 width black border.
Oval size 100w x 65h using color #693F00 with a 1 width black border for the hand. Use the transform tool set to "rotate freely" and angle as shown. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second hand.
Oval size 95w x 128h using color #693F00 with a 1 width black border for the foot. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second foot.
Custom heart shape S08, size 59w x 73h using the color #A51100 with a 1 width black border for the inner foot. Right click, duplicate and use the arrow key on your keyboard to place the second foot.

Finish up by using the Line & Arrow Tool set to spline, color to black, line width set on 1.
Now create eyebrows, mouth and shaggy lines. When done, change the color to white and create crossing lines in the red areas.
Using the Text Tool create a saying of your choice and place in the heart area! Save your ufo one final time!
