Open a new image 50 w x 50 h. Activate the Path Drawing Tool
,
create a 3D circle 13w x 13h.
Go to material attributes in the easy palette, apply metallic, silver 7.
Save your bead circle as a ufo in an easy to find place for later. Image to left is an enlarged sample.

Open your metal tag ufo and activate the Line and Arrow Tool
,
in the attribute tool bar select freehand for the shape, 3D for the mode and change the color to #747474.
Now scribble some loops to the left of your tag as shown in the image to your left. When finished right click, arrange and send to back.
Create one squiggly line in front of your metal tag. Select your large loopy line and proceed to the next step.

Activate the Stamp Tool
and on the attribute tool bar, click on the arrow down selecting "add stamp" to navigate to where you saved your bead circle ufo then click Ok.
On the attribute tool bar, the object scale is set to 100, I set the spacing for 200, sequential order for the mode, stamp placement for the placement mode, and separate for the object mode. (Your settings may vary depending on your loopy lines.)
Go to effect, creative, and click on "paint on edges". You may need to spread some of your beads, place a few on your smaller line in front and delete overlapped beads.
Allow a space for the clasp and also place two beads underneath your tag holes as shown in the image to your left.

For the clasp, create a 3D rounded rectangle 13w x 33h.
Go to material attributes in the easy palette, apply metallic, silver 7.
Save your ufo one final time. You can also place your name or any text info on your tags.
