Open a new image 600w x 600h.
Activate the Path Drawing Tool
,
create a 2D circle with a 214 diameter, using the color #E13800 with a 2 width border color of #9B2700.
Click on edit path object
, clicking on the bottom node to pull the handles on both sides outward flattening the bottom line. Slide the nodes on each side of your circle inward as shown in the image to your left.
Right click and duplicate your object. Change the color to #F03D00 your 2 width border should still be #9B2700.
Activate the Transform Tool
,
clicking on the lock to unlock it then moving the sides of your object inward as shown in the image to your left.
Duplicate that object, change the color to #FB3F00 your 2 width border should still be #9B2700.
Using the Transform Tool as you previously did, slide the sides inward as shown in the image to your left.
Right click, select all objects, right click, group and in the layer manager, label "pumpkin".

Create a 2D Oval 79w x 141h using the color #0047B3 with a 2 width black border.
Slide it beside your pumpkin and use the Transform Tool set on rotate freely to slightly angle your oval.
Using the Edit Path Tool, click toggle, click the top node and pull the left handle outward as shown in the first image to your left.
Duplicate, uncheck the border, change the color to #0053CE and use the Transform Tool to down-size approximately 68w x 78h.
Holding down the shift key on your keyboard, select both pants and highlight, right click and group.
Right click, arrange and send to back.

Create a 2D oval 74w x 35h using the color #551C00 with a 2 width black border.
Using the Edit Path Tool, click toggle, click the top node and pull the handles outward as shown in the image to your left. That's your shoe sole!
Create another 2D oval this one make the size 72w x 49h use the color #914D00 with a 2 width black border.
Using the Edit Path Tool, click toggle, click the bottom node and pull the handles outward as shown in the image to your left. That's your shoe!
Create a third 2D oval this one make the size 47w x 16h use the color #BB6200 with no border. Place in front of your shoe as shown in the third image to your left.
Select your shoe, sole and highlight to group and place at the bottom of the blue pant leg as shown in image to your left.
Create a 2D rectangle 76w x 39h color #0047B3 with a 2 width black border.
Activate the Line & Arrow Tool set on line, color #FFD11C, line width to 1, and line style dotted. Draw a set of double lines at the top and bottom of the rectangle then group and slide to the bottom of you pants above your shoes. Use the Transform Tool set on "rotate freely" to slightly angle the pants cuff.
In the layer manager your cuff group should be above your shoe group which is above your pant group. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard to select your cuff group, shoe group and your pants leg, right click group and label "leg-left" in your layer manager.
Right click and duplicate the "leg-left" layer then use the Transform Tool to "flip horizontally". Use the arrow key on your keyboard to move it to the right of your pumpkin then right click, arrange and send back. In the layer manager label "leg-right". Click on your pumpkin, right click, arrange and bring to front. If you have not done a save, do so now!

Create a 2D rectangle 147w x 166h using the color #0043A8 with a 2 width black border. Use the Transform Tool set on "perspective" to slightly spread the bottom portion of your rectangle as shown in the image to your left.
Create another 2D rectangle 171w x 18h using the color #003688 with a 2 width black border.
Activate the Line & Arrow Tool set on line, color #FFD11C, line width to 1, and line style dotted. Draw a line at the top and bottom of the rectangle then group and slide toward the bottom of your rectangle.
Create a 2D square 58 diameter using the color #0053CE with a 2 width black border.
Using the edit path, click toggle, add a node in the center of the bottom line and pull it downward in a point. Use the Transform Tool to make your pocket slighty wider.
Activate the Line & Arrow Tool set on line, color #FFD11C, line width to 1, and line style dotted. Draw lines around the inside perimeter.
Holding down on the shift key select your rectangles and dotted lines, right click group and in your layer manager label "bib". Right click, arrange and send to back.

Create a 2D oval 130w x 59h using color #008700 add a black border of 2.
Create a second 2D oval 105w x 46h using color #008700 with no border.
Using the Transform Tool set on "rotate freely" position the ovals as shown in the image to your left.
Do not group or duplicate at this time. Save your ufo!

We are going to create the glove hand.
Activate the paintbrush, set the brush head to 10 round and the soft paint edges to 1. Click on the "Paint as Object"
.
Create your fingers first then work back toward the green sleeve, don't fuss as we will edit it shortly. When done, click on the "Paint as Object" to de-activate.
Go to Edit, Trace Edges and select the default settings of Selection Marquee by clicking OK. Change the horizontal deform to 2D object. Change your color to #EEE3D7 and add a black border of 2.
Click on the edit path, toggle, pull the nodes and handles where needed to create smoother lines on your glove hand. Drag your glove to your easy palette and save as you can use for future projects!
With the Line & Arrow Tool set to spline, using the color black, zoom in and draw a border line around the lower sleeve as shown in the image to your left.
Select your green ovals, the glove hand and the black border you created, right click and group them. In the layer manager label "arm-left".
Right click, duplicate and use the transform tool to "flip horizontally". Use the arrow key on your keyboard to position it and be sure to label it "arm-right" in your layer manager. Save your headless scarecrow! ::Giggles::
